Two Tampa Residents Ticketed While Racing At 100 MPH With Children In The Car
Two Hillsborough County residents where ticketed on the Tampa Causeway while driving at speeds upwards of 100 MPH. The pair had three young children in the car with them. One of the drivers had a two-year old and a 20-month old in the car while the other driver also had a two-year old. (READ MORE)
Virgen Lopez was charged with unlawful racing on a highway, which is a misdemeanor charge. James Maymi was also charged with unlawful racing but also faces charges of not having a driver’s license and operating an unregistered vehicle.
